Want to know more? Here is how we do it (while keeping you safe and complying with the Stay at Home order):

Step 1: Tell us about your home
Our online tool gathers the information needed to start your listing. We’ll need details about your home including details on the finishes, room sizes, tax information and what you love about your home.

Step 2: Have an online call with Tom Webb
Tom will spend time with you on the phone talking about your home, your goals in the sale process and answering any questions you have.

Step 3: Electronically sign the listing documents
The listing documents will be prepared and sent to you electronically to sign. We are avaialble to answer any questions and can have another call to go through the documents. Signing is as easy as clicking on a link in your email.

Step 4: Your listing will go live
Tom’s team is still working (from home) and will load your listing in the local MLS systems and syndicate the listing to Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and hundreds of other websites. Local agents will also be notified of our new listing.

Step 5: Buyers will conduct showings virtually
When a buyer is interested in viewing your home, they will first review the gallery of photos online. Seriously interested buyers will request an online tour which will be conducted with an app on your phone. During the tour, we’ll ask you to show potential buyers and agents specific features or areas of your home.

Step 6: Negotiate and e-sign an acceptable offer for your home
Buyers who are interested in submitting an offer will do so electronically through their agent. You will work with Tom to negotiate a contract that meets your needs. Many contracts will be contingent on a home inspection and appraisal.

Step 7: Complete the inspection and appraisal
There currently isn’t a way to complete a thorough home inspection or appraisal online. An inspector and appraiser will need to visit your home and complete reports for the buyer. These scheduled appointments will be completed in a safe manner with minimal people in your home.

Step 8: Close on your home sale
Once the buyer is ready to close, we’ll schedule the closing with the title company. Title companies are employing enhanced tactics to limit personal exposure during the document signing. At the closing you’ll receive the proceeds check for your sale. We’ll work with you to transition possession of the property in line with the terms of the contract.
